ABOUT US
In Spring of 2024, four friends interested in understanding transactions decided to create Cornell University’s first student organization dedicated to mergers and acquisitions. The friends were soon joined by like-minded peers and Professor Benjamin Leyden to expand students’ understanding of the legal and financial complexities concerning the mergers and acquisitions process by simulating the stages of acquiring firms.
